What We Learned Today...March 2nd

Posing with their experiment this afternoon!

ELA: This morning we started out the day with our weekly Today's Meet chats with students from St. Dominic, St. Augustine, St. Gabriel and St. Marguerite.  As usual, our students did a wonderful job with this activity and I'm already looking forward to our next chat next week.

Religion: Now that we finished up the mini "Love or Lust" reflection, students continued working on the Lenten Reflection Booklets that they started last week.

Math: Students were given the entire period to work on their Unit Review and Practice Test so they are prepared for the Unit Exam tomorrow.

Science: During the last hour of the day we learned more about mixtures and solutions through a Paper Chromatography Lab.

*Students, please remember to start working on your photo re-creation assignments for your Grade 8 Farewell.  I've already received a few, and the faster I get them in, the more time we have to work on the other things to make sure you have the best farewell possible.  Just in case you lost the note that went home, here is a digital copy.
