What We Learned Today...April 4th

Working hard on their assignments...?

ELA: We kicked off our week back by learning about Persuasive Writing and the basic components of a five paragraph essay.

Religion: After lunch the students were tasked with reading each of the four Gospel accounts of Jesus' resurrection and identifying the similarities and differences between them. To view the assignment please click here.

Math: Students were given the entire period to study and review the content from Unit 8 in preparation for their quiz tomorrow and unit exam on Friday.

Science: During the last hour of the day we reviewed the Particle Theory of Matter and learned about the difference between Solutes and Solvents.

-Character Fakebooks are overdue

Math:

-Unit 8 Quiz is tomorrow.

-Unit 8 Exam is on Friday

Career Ed:

-Career Brochures are overdue

Religion:

-Christian Service Hours are due overdue (Bonus marks were awarded if handed in earlier)

Science:

-Bring separation lab materials for Wednesday.

Reminders:

-Bring back signed movie notes by Wednesday, April 6th

-Easter Mass is from 1:00 - 3:00 on Wednesday, April 6th at Christ the King Church
