What We Learned Today...December 3rd

In the midst of our Guess Who game!

ELA: As our Greek Mythology unit is coming to a close very soon, we took some time to learn about the most famous Demi-God, Hercules.  After reading the myth about the twelve labours of Hercules, students were placed into groups and were tasked with creating a fictional movie trailer for one of the labours.

Genius Hour: With our due date approaching quickly, students spent the entire class putting the finishing touches on their final presentations.

Religion: After lunch the students gathered their supplies and began working on their Advent Calendar assignments.  Full assignment can be found under the Religion tab.

Math: Students were given the entire class to work on the 5.2 handout as it is typically one of the harder assignments for students to grasp.

Guess Who: During the last hour of the day we participated in a fun game of  "Guess Who" over skype with Ms. Koback's grade 7 classroom in White City.

Unit Exam is on Tuesday, December 15th

Genius Hour:

Work on Final Project
