What We Learned Today...October 13th

Showing off their masks in Arts. Ed!

ELA: This morning we started out our week by learning about the concept of the Underworld and afterlife in Greek Mythology.  After reading a short selection about the organization of the Underworld, the students began working on a reading response assignment.  (Full assignment can be found under the ELA tab)

Health: We started out the period by reviewing the concepts from last Tuesday's class before learning about how high self-esteem can lead to success.  Students were then tasked with answering four reflection questions on Mental and Emotional Health.  (The assignment can be found under the "Health" tab)

Religion: After lunch the students were given the period to complete their Creation Story Assignments.  Any assignments that were not completed today will need to be taken home tonight as they are due tomorrow.
