What We Learned Today...December 8th

Working hard on their Advent Calendars

Special Presentation: Today we were very fortunate once again to have Mr. Meyers visit our class for another one of his amazing presentations. Over the hour we learned about the true meaning of Advent and Christmas as well as the history of some of our favourite Christmas carols.  A special thanks to Mr. Meyers for taking the time out of his busy schedule to come and visit us today!

Religion: After lunch students continued to work on their Advent Calendar Assignments.

Math: Students were given the entire period to finish up their textbook assignments from yesterday before beginning the 5.3 handout.

Science: During the last hour of the day we reviewed for our Unit Exam by playing a competitive game of Science Jeopardy.
