What We Learned Today...December 10th

Science: Once we finished up our AR period this morning, the students helped me prepare materials for the garbage bag space station that we will be building after school today.  Tomorrow the Grade 8's will join the Grade 6's in the space station for the majority of the afternoon.

Genius Hour: After some amazing presentations this week, the students continued presenting their final Genius Hour projects today.  The students continue to amaze me with how awesome their projects have turned out.  I can't wait until Monday to see more of these fantastic projects.

Math: We took some time to review the lesson from last night, before students began working on the assignment from Pg. 186 in their textbooks.

ELA: During the last hour of the day the students finished filming their Hercules movie trailer assignments.  Tomorrow they will have some time to put the finishing touches on them before we watch all the projects on Monday.
