What We Learned Today...September 7th

The Bresciani Bunch on the first day of school!

ELA: This morning the students were given the first half of the period to work on their "All About Me" presentations.  Students learned how to give an effective presentation yesterday, and have now been tasked with preparing their first presentation of the year, which is all about them!  We will begin these presentations next week.  During the second half of ELA, we took some time to begin setting up our class One Note Notebook, which the students will be working out of this year.

Religion: Since our first unit in Religion focuses on the theme of "How do I belong?", students took some time to learn about themselves by completing a Multiple Intelligence questionnaire.

French: We officially kicked off our first French unit of the year by reviewing some basic phrases in French as well as the numbers 1-100.


Upcoming Due Dates & Homework

ELA:

-Tell Me About Yourself is overdue

-"All About Me" presentations are due on Wednesday, September 13th

Religion:

-Multiple Intelligence charts are due on Tuesday, September 12th

Social:

-KWL charts are due tomorrow

-Girls and Boys Football practice is tomorrow morning at 8:00.
